Ever since Pokémon appeared on the scene, it has been popular in some shape or form.
Did you collect Pokémon cards when you were a kid? If so, it is recommended that you search the attic to check if they are still decent. For all intents and purposes, you will most likely sit on a gold mine.

#10 Computer Error – Kamex Mega Battle Card ($9,999)
Computer Error was originally included in the monthly CoroCoro comics and was later distributed to players participating in the 1998 Kamex Mega Battle tournaments.
At the time, the Pokémon Trading Card Game had not yet been released internationally; consequently, few Western players had this card.
Computer Error did earn a couple of reprints, but the original Japanese version is much more valuable than any English version, so its price is $ 9,999.
#9 Articuno – Tropical Mega Battle Card ($9,999)
This card was handed out as a prize in the 1999 Tropical Mega Battle tournament.
You can buy the standard versions, but because of their rarity and connections to some of the world’s top players, you can buy them for as little as $ 9,999!
#8 Tropical Wind ($10,000)
Tropical Wind’s original two models exist on a whole different level!
However, the 1999 version was distributed to the winner of another Tropical Mega Battle Tournament, which is even more valuable!
Because it has been awarded to some of the best players in the world, it now costs $ 10,000.
#7 No. 3 Trainer Promo Card ($32,499)
The No.3 Trainer was handed out to the third highest-ranking player in the annual World Championships.
For many, this card is considered a badge of honor and is highly regarded in the industry.
Who cares if some of them can sell for $ 30,000? Money is not much compared to having a coach number 3.
Wear it like a badge of honor.
#6 Tropical Mega Battle No. 2 Trainer Card ($60,000)
As a reward from a series of tropical super battles, this battle consists of 7 tournaments (depending on the player’s ability) and the top three players will receive a coach card with a positive Exeggutor.
They were then able to show these cards to get world-class treatment in any tropical giant battle.
These cards are difficult to find now. Considering the silver medal costs so much, the gold card must be worth more than $ 100,000.
#5 No. 1 Trainer Promo Card ($70,000)
The Pokémon franchise held a two-day contest in 1997 to celebrate their success. This spawned the official Pokémon Card Game Championship.
The No.1 Trainer Promo promotional card has been reprinted many times and used in multiple races, so this card is not the most expensive Pokémon cards in the world, but it is still worth a lot of changes.
#4 Kangaskhan – Parent/Child Promo Card ($133,000)
Kangaskhan was awarded a trophy in a 1998 team of parents and children, and Kangaskhan retired immediately after a single event.
It is one of the most prestigious cards in the world, with thousands of people fighting over the copyright of the final product of Pokémon.
$ 133,010 seems fair to such a unique item.
#3 No. 2 Trainer Promo Card ($200,000)
As a reward from a series of tropical super battles, this battle consists of 7 tournaments (depending on the player’s ability) and the top three players will receive a coach card with a positive Exeggutor.
They were then able to show these cards to get world-class treatment in any tropical giant battle.
These cards are difficult to find right now, and the gold card is thought to be worth more than $200,000.
#2 Prerelease Raichu (Unknown)
There are estimated only 8 in the world, which is very rare, but it has never been confirmed.
On this glossy card, it noted “Prerelease” and was offered to employees of Wizards of the Coast, the company that makes these cards.
#1 Pokémon Illustrator (Unknown)
This card is one of the first cards released and was the winner’s reward in the CoroCoro Comic Illustration competition in 1998.
In 2016, one of these cards was sold for € 44,000 and a year later, a guy sold one for $100,000.
A card so rare, there were 39 of these mystical cards. So far, no Illustrator cards are on sale anywhere on the internet.
